in our country, like in most of them we use to elaborate  tasty cakes. one of them, the most popular dessert here is the basque cake.This cake was created in thje north of basque country,near to france, its composicion has been changing. some centuries ago they used to couber with a topping, but nowadays it usually hasnt got it. At the same time it has lost the black cherry jam and we elaborate it with custard.

 This is it`s recipe:

basque cake

4 yolks

1L of milk
6 spoonfull of sugar.
3 spoonfull cornflour 
for the aromas: 
peel of orange.
Peel of lemon.
a brunch of cinnamon.
1 brunch of vanilla.

the baking:

we boil the milk with the aromas for 10 minutes over a low heat.
Se cuece la leche con los aromas durante 10 minutos a fuego suave. Después se mezclan en un bol los huevos con el azúcar y la maizena diluida en un poco de leche fría.
Se verte sobre los huevos la leche aromatizada y colada en el bol y se remueve enérgicamente.
Rápidamente se vuelve a introducir esta natilla en una cazuela y se deja cocer a fuego suave removiendo continuamente hasta que espese.
Antes de emplearla como relleno, conviene dejarla enfriar.

Furthermore, now, we know better about euriopean organizations, like: european comission and some of  its commisioner , for example,ján figel.

We think that  promoting this tipe of habilities could be favorable for the development of those reasons and other ones like the education and to keep up the society with the times.

We two are bad at maths, chemistry and all tipe of these subjects. But in the other side like, art,creativity and organization we are better because we have fresh ideas, so, we think that this propousal what the european union have done is very positive and we should promote it.

Before going on we want to ensure the full understatement of what we said before. That is why we are going to talk about: The European Commission,the European Council and the European Parliament.

we think that some of those ideas could be difficult to complete because there are subjectives, but they could be favorable for the developement of the europe education.
